Hey y'all!
Its been a week! Thank you for all the encouraging emails and prayers! My ankle is getting better and things will be
back to normal soon enough.
Transfers happened today and Sister Colson is going home! We are going to miss her so much! But Sister Cluff and I
are staying together! Yay! I wouldn't want anyone else pushing my wheelchair ;) Monrovia is just an awesome area!
Micheal got baptized! Yay! He was glowing the whole time. There's a sticky note in my scriptures that I see everyday
that says, "See People In White." That brought tears to my eyes! It makes it all worth it.
Alicia is still going to get baptized! I'm so excited for her. She's going to be a great member.
David and Sheila are working!
We haven't been able to meet with Pamela and Stephaine for a long time now. Their family got sick :( Please keep
them in your thoughts and prayers.
To my old MTC district, I got my cranberry juice! Janie (a lady we do service with) gave it to me and I literally was so
excited! I got a picture, just for y'all :)
I think the coolest part of this week was doing a bunch of service! We helped a family move some stuff around their
house, helped cook for the homeless lunch at the Methodist church, and helping Janie with random stuff. It was weird
being in casual clothes! I used to live in my running shorts and leggings. Now I feel weird not wearing a dress! Funny
how that works.
Y'all are amazing! Keep reading your scriptures and saying your prayers! It's the little things that truly add up. I know
that Heavenly Father speaks to us through His written word and our latter-day prophets. I know that the Savior walked
this earth and He suffered for us so that we can one day return to our Father in Heaven. Love y'all!
Sister Sorensen
