Hey y'all!
Hope all the moms out there had a wonderful Mother's Day! It was so awesome to see my mom!
And the rest of my family :) Next time, it'll be Christmas!
It's been a little rough with the teaching aspect. Hopefully we'll keep working on finding and the Lord
will somehow bless this area! Having faith and working hard is all we can do as missionaries.
Pam and Steph are doing awesome though! They read so much from the Book of Mormon this past week!
Ah, I'm so proud of them! Alicia is doing awesome too! She got a calling! Activity Day's leader!
This is what makes missionary work worth it.
The taste testing thing is from district meeting this past week. It was an activity that was supposed to represent
how investigators feel when they try commitments for the first time. We played with another district. One person
from each district took turns guessing what food they were tasting. I got it just about every time! The only one
I didn't get was In&Out sauce. But, I think I have a good enough reason :P The one that I got in .27 seconds was
BBQ sauce. Everyone laughed :) It was a fun activity.
Sorry I forgot my camera at home, so no pictures this week! :( I'll have twice as much next week!

Mom here now. Mother's Day was AMAZING! Kenzie, errr.... Sister Sorensen looked very happy. Her smiling face and
mannerisms made my day!!!
She told me that she needs an MRI of her ankle. Between insurance and me not know anything about what doctor
was ordering, which imaging center she could go to and everything, it took me over an hour to get scheduled. BUT,
and this is a huge but, EVERYONE was very kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge and the mission rules.
For that I am extremely grateful.
So, the MRI is scheduled for Thursday. I'm hoping to get answers but also praying she won't have to come home.
